General information

Here you will find some information about EACA/ISCAA 2023 in Prague.

Badges and identification

Registration Badges will be used during the Congress. For identification purposes and admission to the session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges, which will be received upon registration. Admission to the Congress Site will not be allowed without badge identification.

Participation terms

Oral presentation - 8 minutes + 3 minutes discussion.

Poster shall be maximum 100 cm wide and 120 cm tall.

Insurance

The organizers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance and all participants are strongly advised to make their own personal insurance before traveling to the conference.

The organizers will not be responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.

Internet

Internet connection will be available throughout the venue for registered participants.

Official languages

The official languages of EACA/ISCAA 2023 Prague is English. Simultaneous interpretation will not be provided.

Public transportation

Registered Congress delegates will obtain a special congress ticket for public transport, which is valid from Friday September 15th, 2023 till Sunday 17th, 2023.

Programme changes

The organizers cannot assume liability for any changes in the programme due to external or unforeseen circumstances.

Refreshment at the congress venue

Complimentary coffee breaks will be provided in the venue.

Additional refreshments and meals will be available at Café and buffet on the ground floor.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation if any, must be addressed by mail to the Congress Secretariat. A cancellation fee of € 60,00 (for any participant) will be charged if the communication will be made within JULY 13th, 2023.

No refund will be paid if request of cancellation will be made after this date.
